Two parts realize the orientation of the panel and web plate of this machine. The up-pressing wheel and main driving roller of the machine are of the same height, which is good for web plate clinging on the panel. Before pressing roller there is a supporting wheel to support the panel to stick with the web plate if the panel is not smooth. As a result, the welding spot can be tightly clung together.
The drive device of the machine is AC frequency conversion timing. The advantage is that constant torque and power controlling can reduce electricity consuming and have more choice to change speed.

T beam automatic welding machine is developed to weld T beam production line by Hualian itself, based on taking advantages of both the domestic and oversea products, according to the market. It is mainly used in T beam multi-tips gas shielded welding, especially the large scale one. The machine is compactly structured and convenient to operate.
This machine adopts bilateral drive, mainly composed by drive moving organ, frame, 3 sets of column transverse moving organ, column-elevating organ, guiding arc gas horizontal moving organ, guiding arc up and down, guiding arc organ, automatic welding system and electric operation system etc. This machine drags the trolley moving with FC motor driving system to make guiding arc organ move stably. There are two symmetry guiding arc organs, which force the guiding arc moving along the welding line with the upper gas cylinder and up-down spring. The column adjusts in a larger range, while the guiding arc micro-adjusts when welding by gas cylinder and spring. Elevating organ and horizontal moving organ can be operated easily and the welding efficiency is high.
