      Under the situation that the process pipe preparation rate requires to be more than 70%, we fetch in overseas mature and advanced technology to research and develop the PPL which suits for Chinese customers. This PPL is the pioneer in China, and can be widely used in trades of petrochemical, boiler, nuclear electricity, and shipbuilding and wire frame structure.
       The Production line is mainly consists of two working zones of end preparation and fitting welding, which are connected by purpose made V-type roller track. The principle technological process includes automatic going-on, feeding, measuring and marking, cutting, beveling, and automatic going-down, fitting and welding. It can fit and weld pipe + elbow, pipe + flange, pipe + tee, pipe + branch pipe, flange + elbow of all pipe material and diameter. The general welding methods are TIG, MIG, SAW, PLAWMA and so on.
