This machine is composed of main machine part, front-back hydraulic floating conveyor, front-back fixed conveyor, hydraulic system, electric system and other accessories. 

     The main machine part is composed by bottom, left-right wall, supporting organ, hydraulic elevating straightening driving system, left-right upper pressure wheel adjusting organ. The main drive organ: the hydraulic pump transmitted to the main driving conveyor by hydraulic motor, column gear box, universal drive shaft. During work, the main driving conveyor elevates by bottom hydraulic oil cylinder (maximum power 150T), together with upper pressure wheel, realizing the straightening of flange plate. The supporting organ includes two sets, one side is operated by screw rod, and the other side is hydraulic forcing (not too tight during usage), which make the web plate in the middle of the main driving wheel (with graduation displayed). The upper pressure wheel is box frame. Make the two pressing wheel moving in opposite direction at the same time by hydraulic cylinder, moving position displayed by dial.

The front-back hydraulic floating conveyor adopts hydraulic oil cylinder effect, ensuring the elevating synchronism by revolving arm rotating, tie bar linkage and rotating drum. Rising after the main driving wheel, ensure the stable moving during straightening.
